Welcome — You’re in the Right Place

My home-based clinic in the heart of Barrhaven is a space for massage therapy that’s personalized, practical, and never one-size-fits-all.

Bodies are complicated. Work, sports, parenting, injuries, stress, sleeping funny—or apparently just existing past a certain age—can all leave their mark. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, trying to keep doing the things you love, or simply feeling like your body could use some attention, you’re in the right place.

My focus is on helping you move better, feel stronger and be more comfortable in your body. Sometimes that means working on a specific issue. Sometimes it’s keeping an old problem from becoming a new problem. And sometimes you really do just need an hour to relax while someone else deals with your shoulders.

There’s no cookie-cutter treatment here. You bring the body you’ve got that day, and we work from there.

Come as you are. We’ll take it from there.

Pain & Tension

Chronic pain, headaches, stubborn muscle tension, or something that just won’t stop complaining. Treatment can help decrease discomfort and get things moving a little more like they’re supposed to.

Injury, Recovery & Movement

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, keeping up with a sport or the gym, or your body is objecting to what you ask it to do all day, massage therapy can support recovery, mobility and function.

Pregnancy & Postpartum

Pregnancy changes a lot—and your muscles definitely notice. With additional training in pre- and post-natal massage, treatment can be adapted to support you comfortably through pregnancy and postpartum.

What to Expect

Your comfort matters. We’ll talk about what’s going on, what you’d like to work on, and make sure you know what to expect from your treatment. You’ll undress only to your comfort level and will be appropriately draped throughout your appointment. You’re always welcome to ask questions, request a change in pressure or positioning, or change your mind about any part of your treatment at any time. There are no silly questions, and you never have to lie there wondering if you’re supposed to say something. If you’re thinking it, just ask.
