Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Your time is scheduled just for YOU.
Your appointment time is all yours, and I work hard to keep my schedule running smoothly! As my home-based clinic stays booked weeks in advance, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee, and insurance receipts won’t be issued in these cases.
Please remember, I can’t answer calls or texts while in treatment, so last-minute cancellations might still result in a fee. Appointments are non-transferable due to a waiting list, and even inclement weather falls under this cancellation policy.
If you’re running late, I’ll do my best to make the most of your remaining time, but full fees will still apply. Thanks for understanding and helping me provide top-notch care to all my clients!
Cleaning & Disinfection Protocols
Keeping everyone healthy
In our cozy treatment room, your health and safety are top priorities! We strictly follow all health directives from Ottawa Public Health, the Ministry of Health, and the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, including meticulous cleaning, disinfecting, and top-tier linen hygiene
Masks are optional—rock one if you’d like! If you’d prefer I wear one, just say the word, and I’ll gladly oblige.
Don’t forget to use hand sanitizer when you arrive—it’s like a handshake, but cleaner! And if you’re feeling unwell, let me know as soon as possible so we can reschedule. Your health comes first!
Online booking & Payment Methods
The information we need to treat appropriately
Before your first appointment, you’ll receive an online health history intake form to fill out. Think of it as the cheat sheet to your wellness goals! The more details you share, the better I can tailor treatments to help you feel your best—no generic massages here!
To secure your spot, online booking requires a credit card on file. If you’d like to use it for payment, just let me know during your appointment. While EMT transfers are my preferred payment method, I also accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex. Payment is due at the time of service, and if your extended health care plan allows, I can submit claims on your behalf. Let’s make things as smooth and stress-free as your massage!
